Zach space no conservative

Here we go again, the media calling Zach Space a "fiscal conservative". Nothing could be further from the truth. This guy voted for the largest tax increase in US history with his cap and tax vote. He's also supported (along with Comrade Wilson) all of Obama's deficit creation bills.

No conservatism at all. This "blue dog" label that Pelosi has allowed these few democrats to keep is nothing more than quasi cover (for re-election) for them to pretend that they are conservatives. Because, in the end, they support our socialist president's crazy / anti-American schemes.

House Dems to move ahead on health care

WASHINGTON — The House is moving ahead on health care legislation after the leadership and fiscally conservative lawmakers worked out a deal.

Rebellious Democrats who have stalled work said Wednesday they've reached agreement with the leadership and the White House. Four of the seven so-called Blue Dog Democrats on the House Energy and Commerce Committee said they resolved their differences with Chairman Henry Waxman, D-Calif. The lawmakers also had been meeting with White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

The development allows the panel — the last of three in the House — to complete its work before lawmakers leave Friday for an August recess.

The four are Reps. Mike Ross of Arkansas, Baron Hill of Indiana, Zach Space of Ohio and Bart Gordon of Tennessee.
