What's the difference?

Between this woman and Congressman Charlie Wilson?

Well, she goes to jail and he gets to ride on Air Force One and brag about all the deficit spending he votes for.

They both are writing bad checks. The other difference is, she wrote 3 bad checks and that effected 3 businesses. However, Charlie Wilson has voted for many deficit spending (bad checks) bills recently and this effects everyone in the district. Not just in the present, but also in the future, with the inflation, higher interest rates, and, of course, the higher taxes.
