Another reason gas prices are rising

President Obama is tapping the brakes on the development of shale oil.

"Obama is moving to rescind his predecessor’s policies, which were designed to jump-start production of the U.S.' untapped reserves in federally controlled fields in the West, mainly Colorado, Utah and Wyoming."
