"POMEROY — Ohio EPA has approved a water quality certification for AMP-Ohio’s planned power plant and associated structures located in Letart Falls (Meigs County)."

Hatcher added there are already around 100 people working at the site and he expected around 200 total would be on the job by the first of July. There are currently 30 coal miners on site. "
