Dealing with the Ohio EPA is like dealing with the Gestapo. Ohio EPA sets standards which exceed the Federal minimum standards, a fact I have been dealing with for over 10 years in my Manufactured Housing Park community water system.
ReplyDeletePublic hearings are ruses. EPA knows exactly wqhast they are going to do before the hearings ever begin, and they do it. Non compliance is not an option unless the violator wants to defend the rules in a court of law. Very costly to all concerned, especially the general public who has to pay the increased compliance costs.
