Athens County democrat pary ethics VI: Susan Gwinn resigns


From a reliable source: Susan Gwinn resigns from Athens County democrat chair.

Good for the GOP, because she was an energetic leader. Bad for the dems for the same reason.

    There needs to an examination of the Phillips campaign and any possible gerrymandering conducted by Gwinn and Company that may have aided her election.
